My name is Jason Clemens and I believe that when it comes to fitness, simplicity is the key. Playing the long game of doing what works in the gym and with your diet consistently, will always win against common short term approaches like dieting. This goes for elite athletes as well as people who are simply trying to lose weight and get in shape. That is what I believe and that is what I teach. I write about what works for me. I write about everything from my favorite workout routines to build muscle and enhance athletic performance, to the best types of cardio and eating approaches to burn fat. I still train like I did back when I was playing division one college football for the UW. I've achieved many athletic successes that were do in great part to the amazing fitness minds and others that have been in my life throughout the years and I owe a great deal of my success to those people.
