Don’t worry, I still meant what I said in this post a little over a week back – “weight loss is dumb, here’s why”!
Pure fat. That’s what you should be going for.
But from a strict results standpoint, there is one stupid simple tip that is going to help you out no matter if you want to drop 50 or get a six pack. Or both for that matter.

What is the number one thing you can do, I don’t care if you are trying to lose weight, maybe get six pack abs… or just get a better stomach.
Or maybe even a combination.
After all, some of you want the “entire package”.
So what is the number one thing you can do? I’m going to answer that question in this video. I see a lot of you are struggling to get results or maybe just want better results. I mean, let’s face it – we’ve shot a lot of videos here and we’ve talked about all types of various fitness questions and the same things keep coming up and there is still some confusion.
So what is the number one thing?
Quite frankly it is a simple plan. It’s a simple plan specifically that you can follow each day, seven days a week. Week after week.
Why is this true? For the simple fact that the number one reason… I don’t care who you are… take myself for example… the only reason why I have ever gained any weight back or I have ever been looking really in shape and then in a couple weeks I’ll begin to store fat or you know, my muscle is not developing the way it should or maybe I’m looking flat or skinny fat or any number of things… the number one reason is that I start to think about things too much.
A lot of you are doing this; you get confused, maybe you’re out on a various number of websites and a lot of you have bought info products on how to lose weight because people are telling you “you have got to do this, this way” or “you should be lifting five days a week instead of three” or “you should be eating six times a day instead of three.”
Guess what, forget about that shit!
Forget about it! The number one thing you can do is to simply have a simple plan that you can execute each day.
Have you ever heard the quote that is used in the business realm a lot that goes “90% of success and results is simply showing up”.
That means if you show up each day, I don’t care maybe you’re too busy to eat five or six meals a day – you don’t need to you can get awesome results whether you’re trying to lose weight or build muscle. Maybe you can only go to the gym you know two days a week – doesn’t matter, you can still get dynamite results only going two days a week versus having to go to the gym five.
People tell you that you got to do all these things and you just don’t have to guys.
I have got the question “what should I be eating at 2 o’clock in the afternoon?”… “should I be eating this, this, this or this?” It’s a fine question, but it’s not a question that’s gonna take you to the next level guys.
The most important thing is to have a simple diet plan and a simple workout plan that you can follow each day so you can wake up and have energy because it’s all about energy guys. All of it!
All the other stuff is just “stuff“.
You want to keep your energy high and be excited about what you’re doing. Yes, of course you want to be doing the right things, but it’s not too hard to know (at least generally speaking) what you should be eating:
- A solid amount of protein
- Limit the crappy carbs
- and limit the crappy food
All that stuff most of you guys know already anyways.
Most of you know to go to the gym and if you don’t, you can still go and get pointers and tips from other people who do. I have a lot of info on the website, all that stuff, but the most important thing is to keep it simple alright.
A simple plan that might not be that good is still going to be better (it’s going to kick the shit out of a) than a complicated plan that you can’t follow even if the complicated plan is the best plan in the world, but you don’t know what to do!
Alright, so that’s the difference and that’s what I wanted to share in this video: KEEP IT SIMPLE!
Have a simple plan. A weight loss plan is simply to parts:
- here’s what I’m gonna eat
- here’s how I’m gonna lift, or go to the gym or exercise – whatever you like to call it.
Keep it simple guys and your results are going to be better than what you’re getting right now.
