Take two seconds and do this (especially if you want to lose weight fast).
Think about something you really enjoy (and believe is working) in your daily routine. Perhaps you exercise a little different. Maybe you sprint for 2 minutes after every single workout and it’s working.
I mean, this is the one aspect of what you’re doing that you just know is producing results.
Well, one of the greatest things to do is to draw that out into the open. Turn your focus to that aspect and give it your full attention. For instance… you can expand on that and try doing it for 3 minutes.
Here’s a good one…
If you really want rapid results why not exercise 2 times each day?
I’ll tell you why – because part of you believes that somehow it might not be “healthy”. That perhaps it’s too much of a strain on your body.
Well, it’s b.s. like that that’s holding you back.
